从参选人数、选中人数等数据来说，2022年选秀大会都是历史第二。
二 | 但从过程和结果来说，却很难用“选秀大年”去定义。王岚嵚作为清华大学的主力后卫，在大学赛场的能力已经被证明——两届CUBA总冠军与一届CUBA总决赛MVP的注脚，让状元秀毫无悬念。但实事求是地讲，除王岚嵚和来自宁波大学的探花秀范汇鎏外，其他被选中的大学生球员，在大学期间名气和能力，都和王少杰、朱松玮、张宁等师兄有着一定的差距，在CBA联赛立足的难度可想而知。
三 | 选秀的过程，其实也印证了，今年的选秀大会，不论是大学生球员、海外球员还是港澳台球员，并没有太多出色的球员。
四 | 首轮选秀，就有6队选择了弃权，分别是天津、北京、山西、浙江稠州、上海和浙江广厦。而第二轮，只有6支球队完成了选择，在北控选择了天津大学的后卫刘傲后，接下来12家俱乐部，无一例外选择了弃权。2015年，CBA选秀大会首次举办，共有20名球员参选，最终只有来自西北工业大学的方君磊中选。之后，几乎每年的参选球员和中选球员的数量都有提升。
五 | 2020年堪称CBA选秀大年，特别是其中多名大学生球员，诸如祝铭震、朱松玮、张宁、刘毅等，在CBA球队中已经有了比较稳定的出场时间。去年，共有87名球员报名参加选秀，其中43人是由中国大学生体育协会推荐的CUBA球员，共有30名球员被CBA俱乐部选中，而其中17人来自CUBA，总人数和被选中的大学生球员这两项数据都创造了历史最高。
六 | 从某种程度上讲，CBA选秀大会已经成为中国体育“体教结合”“体教融合”的示范之一，更多青年才俊，特别是大学生球员的加入，也让CBA联赛不断补充新鲜血液。截止到本届选秀大会，共有119名球员，通过这个舞台进入到职业联赛的赛场，就是最好的证明。
七 | 现状固然可喜，但挑战也必须要面对。
八 | 8年来，确实有不少选秀球员在CBA立足，不过，离开职业赛场的也不在少数，而在CBA打上球的选秀球员，大部分也都是在实力比较弱的球队效力。这说明选秀球员的实力，特别是出自学校体育系统的大学生球员，和专业体制、职业梯队的运动员依然有着不小的差距。不论怎么说，CBA选秀大会的意义，对于中国篮球来说还是非常重大的。
九 | 对于CBA俱乐部来说，虽然当下不可能通过选秀让弱队变成强队，但至少也可以得到战力的提升，让联赛的实力更加均衡，同时，还搭建了学校篮球和职业篮球的桥梁，让一些怀揣篮球梦想的草根球员，拥有了实现职业梦想的通道。中青报·中青网记者 杨屾 来源：中国青年报 【编辑:刘星辰】
