A |     기획예산처 재정투자평가위원회 개최 의결무거동~신정동 우회도로 2.61km 건설사업                   조용범 기획예산처 차관이 8월 26일 서울 영등포구 나라키움 여의도에서 열린 '제7차 재정투자평가위원회'에서 모두발언을 하고 있다. 기획처 제공울산 문수로 우회도로 건설사업이 정부의 예비타당성 조사 대상 사업으로 선정됐다.기획예산처는 8월 26일 ‘재정투자평가위원회’를 열어 예비타당성 조사 대상사업을 선정하고 예비타당성 조사를 통과한 사업에 대해 심의·의결했다.울산 문수 우회 혼잡도로 개선사업은 울산 남구 무거동~신정동 구간에 문수로 대체 우회도로(2.61km, 4차로)를 신설하는 사업이다. 차량이 늘고 인근 공동주택 개발사업 으로 상습 정체가 이어지고 있는 문수로의 간선로 기능을 회복하기 위한 사업이다. 총사업비는 1377억원으로 국비 558억원과 시비 819억원이 투입될 예정이다.문수로 주변에서 도시개발과 재개발사업이 진행되면서 이 일대에 향후 약 1만가구가 추가 공급될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이에 울산시는 도시개발에 대비해 우회도로가 반드시 필요하다고 강조하고 내년 국비 예산에 예타 통과를 전제로 기본·실시설계비를 반영해달라고 요청했다.예비타당성 조사는 통상 1년 정도 걸리기 때문에 내년 8월쯤 예타 결과가 나올 전망이다.。    Islamabad, Oct 19 (UNI) Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has made an inappropriate statement against a Pakistani woman journalist, implying that she was asking to be trolled and harassed as she "invades male-dominated spaces" while covering political rallies.

The PTI Chairman's statement came on Tuesday during a conversation with delegations of the National Press Club and the Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ), when a question was asked about women journalists being harassed at his party's 'jalsas', GeoTV news reported.

In response, Khan said that he would issue special instructions for his supporters in this regard, but he targeted journalist Gharida Farooqui and said: "If she would invade male-dominated spaces, then she is bound to be harassed," implying that the journalist is "asking for it."

When Khan was asked why he accused journalists of being paid (lifafa journalists), he said that so far, he has only used the term for senior journalist Saleem Safi, who has been a known critic of the PTI.

Regarding social media trolls, Khan said that he could not stop them as they were not under anyone's control. He also said that he has only filed a case against Najam Sethi and no other journalist, adding that the case against Sethi was still in process.
